History shows that Viet Nam's greatest asset is its people. Education will shape Viet Nam's future and determine its position in the global village. We have thus chosen to create Tri Viet University to become a flagship institution of Viet Nam's higher education.

TON NU THI NINH

Took place on December 3-4, 2010 in Ho Chi Minh City, with the participation of about 130 guests (including 40 international guests and 17 overseas Vietnamese) from academe, government, business, civil society, the media, and the studentry.  The two days of presentations and lively discussions reiterated Viet Nam’s vulnerability in the face of climate change and stressed the urgency of having a “sustainable university” in place, which could act as a catalyst for science and community to come together in the quest for Man’s sustainable coexistence with one another and with Nature. June 2010: Roundtable on Nation Branding in HCMC in conjunction with Saigon Media Co.
October 2010: Meeting with the Board of the Mansfield Foundation (USA) to identify areas of support and cooperation
August-December 2011: Meetings of Vietnamese and international faculty and practitioners’ working groups to lay the foundations for Tri Viet University’s human resource strategy
